Suomi Tyres Routa W248 54-584 studded tyre for winter cycling. Routa tyres are designed for varying conditions and provide grip not only on ice and snow, but also on asphalt. I rode the Suomi Tyres Routa W248 on both smooth ice and slushy snow. It performed exceptionally well on ice and packed snow, rolling smoothly at a tire pressure of 1.95 bar in the front and 2.08 bar in the rear (both tubeless). Tubeless tire mounting was quite easy, and with sealant, it held pressure very well with no air loss. It did lose some control on slushy snow.
